Located at the confluence of the Dordogne and the Vézère, the equestrian
ranch La Haute-Yerle is at the departure point of four circuits in the Dordogne,
offering the possibility for two- to six-day excursions, and the option of
touring sites, museums and caves, discovering the local culinary delights and
staying in self-catering accommodation along the way. Stéphane and Georges
Fournier are horse enthusiasts who enjoy planning custom-made excursions
for groups who request this service. Please note that our horses are authentic
riding horses, with solid legs and large hearts, and the saddles are made by
Gaston Mercier and Forestier.

The Bowles family welcomes you to La Ferme de Grand Jean, where you'll
enjoy hacks and long distance rides. You may also make use of the self-
catering accommodation. Our farm is situated admidst Pécharmant vineyards.
It stretches over 19 ha, including pastures and woodlands along the Caudeau
River, between Bergerac and Lembras
